Shipping

Fast and reliable shipping across Europe

We take special care in shipping your orders. Our delivery times generally range from 5 to 10 business days, depending on the selected item. Please note that shipping times may vary based on the technical specifications of our portable monitors. We encourage you to check the details on each product page before completing your purchase. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. Enjoy free shipping on all orders over €150.

As soon as your package is shipped, a tracking number will be sent to you by email. You can track your order's journey in real time on our dedicated Track Your Order page.

Returns

A simple and transparent policy for your peace of mind

You have 14 days after receiving your package to request a return. We only accept new, unused, undamaged items complete in their original packaging.

How to make a return?

Simply contact us at support@screenx.com with your order number. Our team will provide you with a pre-paid return label.

Refunds

Once your item is received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 5 to 7 business days back to your original payment method.
